Supervised Practice Information
The Minnesota Supreme Court has adopted the Supervised Practice Rules. These Rules broadened the scope of and superseded the former Student Practice Rules.
The Supervised Practice Rules also govern the Legal Paraprofessional Program. The Board of Law Examiners does not oversee that program and additional information is available on the Court’s website.

In order for the certification or recertification application to be processed, all required information must be received by the Board office. Please allow a week from the date of receipt of all required information for processing.

Student Observers do not appear on the website. Please contact the office if you have any questions related to Student Observers.
