Minnesota Board of Law Examiners Continues to Discuss Foreign Legal Education
On November 9, 2019, the Minnesota Board of Law Examiners requested that interested parties submit comments related to foreign legal education on or before December 31, 2019. Additional information can be found here. The Board received 15 written submissions, including 7 requests to speak at the February 5, 2020, public hearing. The public hearing was held on February 5, 2020, at 8 A.M. The agenda is here. Although the formal public comment period is closed, the Board welcomes additional information on this issue.
