Uniform Bar Exam

The Minnesota Board of Law Examiners has administered the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) since 2014. The UBE is an exam prepared by the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE). It is comprised of six (6) Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) questions, two (2) Multistate Performance Test questions (MPT), and the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE).

Bar Examination Schedule

The bar exam is held twice annually on the last Tuesday and Wednesday of February and July.
Tuesday Morning: 2 MPT Questions
Tuesday Afternoon: 6 MEE Questions
Wednesday Morning: 100 MBE Questions
Wednesday Afternoon: 100 MBE Questions
